4. Completed training with a degree in "medicinska sestra/medicinski tehnicar (opceg smjera)" in general nursing, which began before October 8, 1991 in the former Yugoslavia, with three years of professional experience within the last five years

5. Education completed in a country outside the EEA and recognized in Croatia and at least three years of legal and relevant professional activity in Croatia

5. Education completed in a country outside the EEA and recognized in Romania and at least three years of legal and relevant professional activity in Romania
